Responsibilities

Review corporate and partnership federal, state, and local income tax returns

Prepare and review 1042 and 1042-S filings (required)

Review quarterly estimates and extensions

Partner with finance and accounting teams to analyze and document data

Support audits, tax planning, and tax authority notices

Review work of junior staff and consultants

Qualification

Tax compliance experienceCorporate tax knowledgePartnership tax knowledgeAdvanced Excel skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of domestic income tax compliance experience (public accounting preferred)

Strong corporate and partnership tax knowledge

Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, logical formulas)

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
