Responsibilities

Build and scale the North American sales organization by coaching and developing a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
Drive personal revenue contribution while simultaneously leading the team
Design and execute the complete U.S. market entry strategy, including vertical prioritization, account targeting frameworks, and regional coverage models
Cultivate executive relationships with security decision-makers and C-level stakeholders across enterprise accounts
Own the full sales motion for enterprise deals ranging from $50K-150K annual contract value, orchestrating multi-threaded engagements across technical, procurement, and legal stakeholders
Establish repeatable sales processes and frameworks that can scale with organizational growth
Serve as the voice of the U.S. market in strategic planning discussions, providing feedback on product-market fit and competitive positioning

Required

5-9 years of B2B software sales experience with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity solutions (AppSec, DevSecOps, or cloud security domains)
Demonstrated success in player-coach capacity & proven ability to exceed personal quota
Track record of closing deals with enterprise security buyers, navigating technical evaluations and multi-departmental approval processes
Prior experience building or expanding markets at early-stage, high-growth technology companies (Series A-C stage preferred)
Comfort operating in global, distributed environments across multiple time zones and cultural contexts

Preferred

Direct selling experience with application security testing tools (DAST, ASM) or DevSecOps platforms
Consistent overperformance against targets
Demonstrated success launching and scaling new geographic markets from initial entry through maturity
Technical credibility to engage in deep conversations with Security Engineers, DevSecOps practitioners, and VP-level security leadership
