Responsibilities
Own and execute the product roadmap for lending origination and portfolio management applications
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
Serve as Product Owner for Agile teams, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery
Develop business cases to support new features and enhancements
Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required

Proven experience in product management or product ownership
Demonstrated experience using Jira for story creation and Agile tracking
Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM development practices
Experience with product backlog management and business case development
Strong communication, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
