Oversee payroll operations for Climate Solutions
Administering and managing payroll processes
Ensuring compliance with payroll taxes
Overseeing garnishment processes
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all payroll-related activities
Serving as a key contact for payroll inquiries and reporting
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, with the ability to process complex payroll systems accurately
Understanding and experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, ensuring adherence to regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs, with the capability to manage related payroll integration
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
Preferred
Proficiency in payroll software and tools such as ADP or similar systems is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory payroll role will be an added advantage
