Call Center Representative
Affinity Federal Credit Union is seeking results-oriented and service-focused individuals to join their digital contact center team. Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity, high volume call center experience strongly preferred
Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal organizational and problem solving skills
Must be positive, patient and customer focused at all times
The ability to multi-task is essential in this role
Preferred
Prior banking experience is preferred
Prior CRM experience is preferred, but not required
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking is preferred
