Responsibilities
Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) aligned with enterprise IT strategy
Lead solution design for complex implementations involving loan origination, customer onboarding, servicing, and collections processes
Architect secure integrations between Salesforce and core systems such as loan management, credit bureaus, payment gateways, and data warehouses
Establish best practices for data modeling, governance, and master data management within Salesforce
Design and oversee implementation of API-based integrations using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, or other middleware platforms
Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, data privacy laws (GLBA, CCPA), and enterprise security standards
Implement robust role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security to safeguard sensitive financial data
Provide architectural guidance on automation tools including Flows, Apex, LWC, and third-party AppExchange solutions
Lead performance optimization initiatives for high-volume transaction and customer data environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles
Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex, LWC, Flow, Integration Patterns
Proven experience designing enterprise-grade integrations
Strong understanding of security architecture and data protection in regulated industries
Experience working in financial services, banking, or automotive finance domains
