Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between the client and Product, Software Engineering, Delivery, and Account Management, driving various activities throughout the SDLC, including Discovery, Design, Refinement, and steeping the product development team during Development
Create features & user stories that convey the expected outcome to the product development team
Collaborate on and bring the product roadmap to life; maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Maintain a sprint-ready product roadmap, balancing new features, defects, and resolution of tech debt
Translate product roadmap items into features, leading design creation and documentation of product requirements and user stories. Lead story refinement sessions. Align all stakeholders to a common goal and understanding
Own and drive the creation and integrity of the product backlog
Provide direction on development priorities, scope, and user experience for the squad(s), ensuring they line up with the business priorities and product roadmap and vision. Articulate how product solutions and approaches align with and contribute to business outcomes. Align on prioritization with client and/or Account Management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in software product development, including 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager of digital systems or applications or related experience
Experience working with Content Management Systems, Digital Signage or Retail/Restaurant technology is a plus
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
