Managing incoming client communication and assigning them to appropriate team members
Reporting performance metrics for the entire region to the National Account Manager and Senior Vice President
Organizing conference calls with clients and prospect clients
Coordinating team travel arrangements, logistics and marketing campaigns
Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, communication skills, resourcefulness and integrity while understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries it serves
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in system administration and client-relationship management
Candidates must be skilled communicators with a competitive nature and drive for success
Goal motivated
Honest and trustworthy
Self-starter; capable of working independently
Creative thinker
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft-based operating systems, Internet tools, telephone systems and software, and other common tools

Working knowledge of database systems
Preferred
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
