Responsibilities
Contributes to AHF by the use of appropriate HR policies and practices, and communication
Provides day-to-day support and guidance to AHF domestic staff and management in all aspects of Human Resources
Anticipates and mitigates employee and organizational issues, makes recommendations and implements solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key domestic employees
Enhances the reputation of AHF by being the main point of contact to directors, employees, and supervisors in multiple services lines regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations
Conducts research and answers routine and non-routine questions related to HR within certain limitations, interprets policy where clear-cut procedures do not exist
Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with HR staff to exchange information and provide ongoing support and problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
