New Grad, Entry LevelHotFoot Recruiters is hiring a C4 Licensed Technician to support new engineering and installation projects on active commercial and industrial job sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on low-voltage systems installation, troubleshooting, and support.

Responsibilities
Ensure work complies with Arizona C4 licensing requirements, project specifications, and applicable codes
Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems in new construction environments
Support structured cabling, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and other C4-scope systems
Coordinate with electricians, Foremen, and other trades to support integrated systems
Communicate progress, issues, and field conditions to site leadership
Perform cable pulls, labeling, dressing, and terminations to industry standards
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and installation plans
Assist with inspections, testing, and system commissioning
Maintain jobsite safety standards and follow all safety procedures
Support material staging, inventory, and tool management
Participate in punch-list completion and corrective work as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with low-voltage systems such as data, voice, security, access control, or fire alarm
Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and wiring diagrams
Strong understanding of jobsite safety and low-voltage installation practices
Active Arizona C4 Low Voltage License (required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working full-time on-site
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience on large, multi-trade construction sites preferred
