Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of critical product features across the stack
Drive technical architecture and deliver scalable, reliable software systems
Collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product direction and user experience
Establish engineering best practices and help define the company’s technology culture
Develop and maintain front-end applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Build and scale back-end services using Python (e.g., Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
Implement REST APIs and integrate with external systems
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools
Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of production systems
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience building web applications in a production environment
Deep hands-on experience with React and modern front-end workflows
Proven ability to architect and deliver back-end systems in Python
Strong understanding of APIs, asynchronous processing, and backend architecture
Track record of independently shipping features from design to deployment
Startup mindset: thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and takes initiative
Preferred
Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced scripting tools
Familiarity with browser automation frameworks or headless browsers
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
