Call and work assigned leads every day
Follow the sales system and attend training
Take complete applications and run a clean discovery
Build and manage your CRM pipeline
Follow up consistently until the loan closes
Coordinate with processing/ops and stay on top of conditions
Keep your pipeline moving without excuses
Qualification
Required
NMLS license (or actively in the licensing process)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in-office and stay consistent
Preferred
New Loan Officers and experienced producers are welcome to apply
