Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cohesive sales & partnership strategy that aligns with mission and market opportunities
Implement effective sales playbooks and processes that drive insights into every part of the sales funnel
Lead the sales team to meet strategic goals, fostering a culture of success and accountability
Establish and nurture key partnerships and relationships that enhance our market presence and revenue streams
Oversee the integration of robust sales systems and processes to ensure operational excellence and data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and plan for sustained growth

Required

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and analytics/BI tools
Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
Deep understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting models, and scalable sales operations
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills
Proven track record of implementing sales quotas, driving high-impact individual and team contributions
Experienced with BPO, outsourcing, or staffing services

Preferred

Experience with application development, IT consulting, Big Data, AI or digital services for new client accounts
