Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and fellow researchers to plan and execute user experience research that informs employee-facing experiences
Design discussion guides and facilitate interviews, usability sessions, and other research activities with participants
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, themes, and actionable insights
Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling narratives that inform design and product decisions
Participate in cross-functional meetings and advise teams on research implications and strategic direction
Help prioritize the most critical employee problems to solve based on research evidence
Leverage AI-enabled research tools to accelerate analysis and scale insights while maintaining rigor, ethics, and privacy standards
Communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders and leadership through presentations and visualizations
Conduct mixed-method studies including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research approaches
Contribute to projects within Employee Experience Solutions and other programs that improve internal workflows
Design and research experiences for AI agents used by employees
Deliver research on time and align studies to product needs and business objectives
Qualification
Required
Background in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
Hands-on experience conducting applied research in a product or enterprise environment
Previous work in the technology industry
Experience researching complex workflows, internal tools, or employee/enterprise experiences
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute research studies
Portfolio showcasing prior user experience research work
Applied UX research methods including both qualitative and quantitative approaches
Research synthesis, storytelling, and data visualization capabilities
Proficiency with modern research and design tools such as Figma, survey platforms, and usability testing tools
Experience using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate analysis and insight generation
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to ensure numerical accuracy in metrics, counts, and visualizations
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership
Capability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
Understanding of complex workflows, internal tools, or employee/enterprise experiences
Knowledge of ethical research practices and privacy considerations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset for working effectively with cross-functional teams
