Responsibilities
Support the financial close process of multiple companies, which includes general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries and accruals
Perform intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Perform month end balance sheet account reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliations
Process accounts payable invoices accurately according to established vendor terms
Process weekly check runs in an organized and timely manner
Maintains 1099 information and process year end 1099 forms to vendors
Assist with corporate credit card management and reconciliation
Track and support the filing of business licenses
Ensure all day-to-day activities are performed efficiently and effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in accounting
Advanced excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines
Willingness to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct
