Customer Experience Associate

Altair Global is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to assist with various customer inquiries and support tasks. The role involves responding to customer requests, documenting activities in the company's systems, and ensuring timely communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

General knowledge of Relocation Consultant’s assigned clients’ programs
Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
Communicate consistently available
Assists in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
Any additional tasks, activities, and/or projects as required

Required

General knowledge of Relocation Consultant's assigned clients' programs
Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
Communicate consistently available
Assists in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required
Prior administrative experience and skills with exceptional follow-up skills
Ability to deliver a great customer experience
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, high diligence
Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the Company and with others as required
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Deadline and time sensitive
Office setting and/or home office work environment
Team members must be able to operate standard office equipment
Team members spend a substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone speaking with customers and working under deadlines
Team members must demonstrate knowledge of, and support, the company vision and value statements, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards, inclusion and diversity initiatives and code of business conduct
