Responsibilities

Serve as a Tier III Help Desk Technician and Technical SME supporting DOD and commercial MDM Solutions
Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across Linux, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain virtualized environments using Hyper-V and VirtualBox
Manage technical stakeholder relationships and provide professional, customer-facing technical guidance
Capture detailed bug reports, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to internal documentation and process improvement
Serve as a Tactical Network and Mobile Systems Integration SME for the customer
Manage server infrastructure to include building, maintaining and training on OpenVPN Server, Email servers, Active Directory, Open LDAP servers
Create, implement and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) components, including Root and intermediate Certificates Authorities (CA), Server and Client certificates, trust chain validation and certificate Lifecycle management
Configuration, support, and troubleshooting expertise in computer, server, and network environments
Build, administer, and demonstrate demo and trial environments to support customer onboarding and training
Apply and validate DISA STIG configurations to multiple operating systems
Support on-site customer installations, training events, and operational field activities as required

Required

Proficiency in current Microsoft desktop and Azure server operating systems
Exceptional problem-solving skills for resolving issues with complex systems
Familiarity with TAK and Mission Command Systems, along with experience in fielding Army systems
Knowledge of network encryption methods, both hardware and virtual
Familiarity with mobile device management tools and policy management
Proficiency in MS Office Tools, data management, analysis, standards, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Expertise in Network Operations Convergence technical design, methodologies, project, and process
Cloud infrastructure and architecture knowledge
Understanding of firewalls, ports, and protocols
Experience in deploying and troubleshooting containerized services
Ability to review logs and analyze data
Familiarity with VPNs, DNS, and scripting (Linux OS)
Understanding of Active Directory, x509 public key PKI, client and server certificates, and certificate authorities
Must be a US citizen and pass a background check and drug screening
