Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of sponsored and non-sponsored funds for a group of Principal Investigators as assigned
Providing the best possible customer service to the PI and lab members in support of their research activities
Using independent judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with sponsor and donor regulations as well as University and College policies
Advising and assisting a portfolio of assigned faculty with the development and submission of proposals for sponsored research
Managing all financial accounts
Representing the assigned faculty in communication with university administrative offices and federal and private funding agencies for sponsored research
Developing and maintaining resources and administrative infrastructure to assist faculty in developing group proposals
Working on special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA or BS
3-5 years of experience
Extensive knowledge of Uniform Guidance and federal sponsor guidelines
