Responsibilities
Performing technical and programmatic coordination with government customers and internal stakeholders
Preparing and delivering cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation to government customers
Managing configuration control and maintaining databases of project deliverables
Supporting the enhancement, maintenance, and effective use of project engineering tools
Assisting project engineering teams in tracking progress, risks, and deliverables throughout the AIT lifecycle
Traveling up to 25% to waterfront locations, including Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Washington, DC; Pascagoula, MS; and between Lockheed Martin campuses in the Moorestown, NJ area
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with government customers
Experience or interest in project engineering, planning, cost estimating, or technical documentation
A structured, analytical approach to managing data, deliverables, and configuration-controlled environments
The ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and operations teams
Flexibility to travel as needed to support project execution
Preferred
Experience setting up and leading virtual meetings utilizing Video/Teleconferencing
Experience with technical document editing utilizing PDF editor software
Experience developing MS Excel macros to organize and manipulate data
Experience Working With US Navy Or Other Military
Experience or knowledge of AIT and/or NAVSEA standard items
