Required

15–20+ years of IT/delivery experience, with at least 5 years managing a large Insurance account
Deep knowledge of Insurance value chain: Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, Distribution, Actuarial processes, Risk & Compliance
Strong P&L management and financial modeling skills
Experience operating in multi tower, multi geography delivery models
Ability to drive modernization and digital transformation in Insurance
Executive level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Strong problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology

Preferred

Proven track record delivering modernization programs (PAS modernization, claims transformation, data platform build, cloud migration)
Prior experience interfacing with Insurance regulators, auditors, and compliance bodies is preferred
MBA preferred
Certifications in Insurance (LOMA, AINS, CPCU) are added advantages
