Phone Management: Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated
Shipment Preparation: Package and label jewelry orders for shipment in a careful and organized manner
Order Tracking: Monitor shipment tracking and communicate delivery information to customers as needed
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the reception area and packaging station organized and tidy to ensure a welcoming and efficient workspace
Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and maintaining inventory, ensuring that everything is organized and readily accessible
Light Cleaning: Perform light cleaning tasks such as vacuuming once a week to maintain a clean and comfortable workspace
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking
