Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of full stack features using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and JavaScript
Build backend services, APIs, and data access layers with performance, scalability, and reliability in mind
Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend experiences using React
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and cloud deployments (Azure)
Participate in and elevate code reviews, setting standards for quality, maintainability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including root cause analysis and long-term fixes
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate stories and requirements into technical solutions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional experience in full stack software development using the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript)
Strong experience designing and building backend services and APIs at scale
Proficiency in frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React preferred)
Advanced knowledge of relational database design, performance tuning, and complex T-SQL
Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows (Git, GitHub, or similar)
Proven ability to own technical decisions and deliver high-quality solutions independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience
Preferred
Experience with Azure cloud services and production cloud environments
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and test strategies
Experience with TypeScript and modern ES6+ JavaScript
Prior experience modernizing systems or scaling high-throughput platforms
