Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM applications
Manage operational tickets and change requests
Lead and support process improvement projects across Finance, Procurement, Budget/EPM, HCM, and Payroll
Develop business requirements, test plans, and documentation
Support reporting needs (OTBI and other analytics tools)
Partner with business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system functionality
Provide user support, training, and change‑management assistance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field
7–10+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HCM, Payroll, and budgeting processes
Experience with ERP configuration, reporting tools, and data analytics
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills
