Responsibilities
Perform systems analysis to evaluate business impact of proposed system changes
Develop applicable coding solutions and build test scripts and documentation
Administer test environments, coordinate releases, and assist with system interface reviews
Participate in Encompass automation initiatives and Encompass Web development
Support and maintain Encompass integrations: (LoanNex Pricing, LenderPrice, TPO Connect, LO Connect, Consumer Connect, Velocify, DataConnect, Connexions, and other Ellie Mae Network services)
Provide Tier II or escalated help desk support as needed
Partner with lending and technology teams to enhance processes, efficiency, and compliance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience using or supporting the Encompass Loan Origination System
Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes, lending laws, and compliance requirements
3+ years of JavaScript or comparable development experience within Encompass Web
Ability to build custom input forms and perform advanced system configuration
Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and analytical skills
