Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, from workforce planning and job design through offer negotiation and onboarding
Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and long-term talent strategies
Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, vendors, and job boards
Analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and recommend improvements
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on talent, organizational design, and workforce trends
Support leaders with interviewing, selection decisions, and onboarding strategies to ensure successful hires
Translate business objectives into practical HR solutions that drive performance and engagement
Lead and/or support special HR projects such as process improvements, policy development, engagement initiatives, and change management efforts
Partner cross-functionally to design and implement programs aligned with company culture and values, such Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution
Provide day-to-day HR support across areas including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policies
Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee relations matters as needed
Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and internal standards
