Designing and scaling telemetry pipelines across logs, traces, and deploys
Building automatic instrumentation that preserves async context and tracks runtime behavior
Mapping production events back to exact source code origins
Creating secure sandboxes for AI agents to inspect systems safely
Developing multi-agent LLM reasoning systems grounded in real production data
Shipping developer-first tools that engineers actually love
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a hands-on full-stack engineer (soft cap at 7 years)
Experience working directly with users
Strong belief in the product vision and long-term ownership mindset
Preferred
Shipped LLM features to production and measurably improved quality (e.g., ~70% → 85%+)
Built large-scale observability, telemetry, or ingestion systems
Experience with developer tools or infra-heavy products
Background from top tech, AI, or pre-IPO startups
