Responsibilities

Join the Environmental Law practice group as full-time partnership-track associate
Work on precedent setting legal matters with a team that values direct client contact, mentoring and training
Engage in compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting and other regulatory authorizations, or agency rulemaking

Required

At least four years of experience practicing environmental law in the context of compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting and other regulatory authorizations, or agency rulemaking

Strong intellectual curiosity
Good judgment

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Virginia bar membership required within one year of joining the firm
