Responsibilities

Manage a group of client accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and service
Be the go-to person for your clients, building strong relationships and guiding them through renewals, open enrollment meetings, and day-to-day needs
Work closely with our production team to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs
Help retain clients, drive satisfaction, and even identify opportunities to expand coverage or offer additional services by providing exceptional service

Qualification

Producer's LicenseClient service experienceClaims management experienceInsurance knowledgeFinancial acumenMicrosoft Office proficiencyProblem-solving passionCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience
High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Producer's License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
Solid financial acumen
Experience managing client accounts, ideally in employee benefits
