Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
10+ years of experience in application or platform architecture across multiple roles
Strong hands-on experience with Policy as Code, Compliance as Code, or Governance as Code
Proven experience designing and automating CI/CD pipelines for: Java VM-based applications, Containerized applications
Hands-on experience with: Ansible (primary skill), Jenkins / CI-CD tooling, GitHub or other source control systems, Sonar or similar code quality tools
Experience with technology governance, compliance reporting, and audit-aligned processes
Strong understanding of VM, Terraform, and OpenShift container deployment practices
Experience implementing Blue/Green or Canary release strategies
Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Go, JavaScript, SQL / NoSQL databases, Excel (advanced data manipulation)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments
