Responsibilities

Lead high value employer and client relationships that strengthen market position and fuel sustainable growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, ensuring long term satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand footprint
Drive new business development by uncovering opportunities within existing partnerships and pursuing new employer relationships aligned with growth strategy
Cultivate influence, build trust, and translate client needs into actionable solutions to advance the program’s impact
Collaborate across internal teams to elevate operational performance through strategic planning, process optimization, and high standards execution
Champion continuous improvement, streamline workflows, and support client training to ensure an exceptional end to end experience
Make confident decisions, demonstrate strong commercial instincts, and anticipate client needs before they arise

Required

Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred

Experience leading and expanding large enterprise employers
Expertise in consumer banking products and services
Proven ability to grow and deepen existing client relationships
Executive presence with strong communication and influence skills
Advanced relationship building and consultative selling capabilities
Broad knowledge of account management, project leadership, operations, and logistics
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a complex environment
Demonstrated strength in client service, situational leadership, and conflict resolution
Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
