Responsibilities
Managing creative production of a campaign shoot from concept, pre-production and through completion at the point of post-production handoff to creative team
Project will take place over the 12-week internship period and include budget planning and management including, timeline management and leadership of stakeholder communication
Management of all planning and on-site production elements including communication with talent (if applicable) and cross-functional teams
Project output will support continued production process improvement
Participation in cross-functional planning meetings
On-site participation in various creative production shoot(s)
Assisting creative producer with concept development and creative productions execution
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level
Coursework related to the internship role – Marketing, Art, Digital Design
Able to effectively work across multiple projects and complex timelines concurrently
Self-motivated
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana, Figma and/or other project management platforms, etc.)
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability
