Responsibilities
Receiving and entering incoming purchase orders in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System while keeping all records updated with current revisions
Coordinating shipping dates with customers and addressing any questions they may have regarding their open or shipped purchase orders
Preparing and sending reports and documents to customers as requested, while supporting team coverage for absences
Qualification
Required
Possess an Associate's Degree
Have at least two years of customer service experience
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Have strong organizational skills
Can manage time effectively to meet established goals and objectives
Preferred
Freight experience is a plus
