Syllabus Administrator
Aviation Training Consulting is seeking a Syllabus Administrator responsible for creating and managing aviation training syllabi for U.S. Air Force programs. The role involves analyzing data, designing curriculum, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that syllabi meet educational goals and standards.

Responsibilities
Analyzes data, designs curriculum and training materials, and translates principles of learning and instruction into instruction materials, activities, information resources, and course flows
Collaborates with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to author and develop detailed syllabi for a range of aviation courses, ensuring alignment with the customer’s educational goals and AETCI 36-2621
Author, review, and edit syllabi and work instructions capturing accurate information and processes using proper grammar and adherence to established formatting guidelines
Conduct configuration management on syllabi and associated documents during lifecycle process
Assist the Courseware Department in the maintenance and development of training materials
Design and develop teaching aids such as lesson plans, programs of instruction, job aids and student materials using data item descriptions (DIDs)
Performs data entry and maintenance on database for management of syllabi and training standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have Security Clearance
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Air Force aviation training program
Experience utilizing and following an AETC syllabus
Project management experience
Experience in training development, or instructional design with demonstrated ability to create training materials using the SAT/ISD process
Skillful in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Experience in AETC program management
Instructor experience in an AETC training environment
Knowledge of current Air Force educational standards and best practices
Strong technical writing and editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a background in U.S. Air Force aviation training, formal training unit experience, and knowledge of U.S. Air Force documentation, regulations, and Technical Orders
