Responsibilities
Coordinate various activities from inventory management to logistics and distribution
Manage inventory accuracy, including serialization, tracking, counts, and reconciliations
Assemble, prepare, and configure hardware for field deployment, including basic software flashing
Maintain organized warehouse spaces and ensure deployment readiness with adequate buffer inventory
Identify and resolve shipping, delivery, or inventory issues quickly while maintaining service-level commitments
Streamline workflows, reduce SLAs, and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with order processing, fulfillment, and shipping coordination in a warehouse or operations environment
Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy, including serialization, tracking, counts, and reconciliations
Hands-on experience assembling, preparing, and configuring hardware for field deployment, including basic software flashing
Operational discipline to maintain organized warehouse spaces and ensure deployment readiness with adequate buffer inventory
Ability to identify and resolve shipping, delivery, or inventory issues quickly while maintaining service-level commitments
Process-improvement mindset with experience streamlining workflows, reducing SLAs, and improving operational efficiency
Clear, direct communicator able to collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with shifting priorities and minimal supervision
