Responsibilities
Manage architectural design execution for new builds and expansions
Drive coordination across architecture, CSA, MEP, commissioning, and operations
Own architectural deliverables, schedules, and issue resolution
Support due diligence for greenfield, brownfield, and colocation opportunities
Apply and refine architectural standards to enable repeatable delivery
Lead architectural scope through concept, schematic, and construction documents
Coordinate space planning, adjacencies, and program requirements
Manage external A/E teams and multi-discipline design coordination
Review drawings and specifications for constructability, maintainability, and code compliance
Support construction through submittals, field issue resolution, and change management
Identify and track architectural risks impacting schedule, cost, or delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
5 years managing design and delivery for mission-critical facilities, preferably data centers
Strong experience driving consultant teams and design deliverables
Working knowledge of data center architectural constraints and life-safety coordination
Experience working within U.S. regulatory and permitting frameworks
