Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
YMCA of South Florida is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through various initiatives. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, manage confidential information, and serve as a liaison to Board Advisory Committees and others as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive administrative support internally and externally
Act as the liaison to Board Advisory Committees and others as assigned
Manage information in a professional and private manner
Anticipate needs to conserve executive's time
Act as liaison with other departments, agencies, etc
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling complex calendars
Strong skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Experience in handling general Administrative Assistance tasks
Conserves executive's time by anticipating needs
Acts as liaison with other departments, agencies, etc
Meticulous with outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in technology, including MS office and scheduling tools
Minimum 10 years' experience working as Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
Able to function in a high-paced and (at times) stressful environment
Professional demeanor with a problem-solving, collaborative approach
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
