Responsibilities
Design and build Smartsheet solutions, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations
Translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet architectures
Configure Control Center solutions where applicable
Support enhancements, optimizations, and ongoing solution improvements
Collaborate with a fully remote delivery team
Partner with sales teams during pre-sales and solution discovery
Lead client discovery sessions and translate needs into Smartsheet solution concepts
Deliver tailored demonstrations and technical presentations
Support proposal development, scoping, and implementation planning
Act as the technical liaison between sales and delivery teams
Qualification
Required
Design and build Smartsheet solutions, including workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations

Strong hands-on Smartsheet experience (advanced formulas, dashboards, automations)
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
Comfortable operating independently within a remote team
Smartsheet certifications are a plus
Strong Smartsheet platform knowledge with the ability to articulate business value
Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and executive audiences
Prior professional services experience preferred
