Responsibilities
Perform a variety of analytical duties required for the efficient operation of the District Cashier by receiving and ensuring that payroll warrants are distributed to all employees
Serve as a Procurement Analyst and Division Property Control Liaison by performing in a staff support capacity for the Administration Division and assisting the Resource Management Branch
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to provide quality service that is accurate, timely, and exceeds customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle

Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
Preferred
Provide examples demonstrating your experience balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines. Examples related to organization and tracking documents, checks, and cash payments are preferred
Describe your experience using different computer programs, including the Microsoft Suite and any other business-related programs
Provide examples of your experience working in a structured work environment involving office work and knowledge of office protocol
