RLink Solutions is seeking a Recruiter I to manage high volume non-tech recruitment. The role involves handling numerous applications, managing stakeholder relationships, and meeting defined KPIs.

Responsibilities
Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST
Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
Stakeholder management: someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understanding charters/challenges, etc
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
Not tech recruiting. Recruiter needs to understand that they are going to be expected to hit the clear, defined KPI's monthly and quarterly
Someone who is extremely organized and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
Someone who can manage their time with little direction
Preferred
iCIMS Knowledge
a NON-tech background is preferred
Operations background preferred
