Responsibilities
Identify complicated data sets for review and analysis relating to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
Analyze Salesforce database to identify duplicate records and gaps in data entry
Use connected Applications, such as ZoomInfo, to validate data and update as needed
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify areas for improvement in data entry processes
Assist in coordinating tasks related to database management, working closely with cross-functional teams
Monitor project timelines and contribute to meeting project milestones
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Analytics from an accredited College/University
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools
Basic understanding of database management
Creative mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce and related applications is a plus
