Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Lab Owners, IT Teams, and Management
Update physical inventory of lab equipment, PCs, software, and other pertinent information
Collaborate with the client’s project management team to assure a seamless migration
Migrate computers and software per PKI Windows 10 documentation
Document procedures, policies, troubleshooting, and best practices
Coordinate with outside vendors regarding migrations
Maintain daily project-related communications with the Windows 10 team
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years of professional deskside experience
Associate's Degree with 3+ years' deskside or Lab IT experience
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years' deskside or Lab IT experience
Experience in a deskside support or Lab IT environment
Experience supporting scientific instrumentation and/or life science environments
