Sr. Account Manager - Data Center
Sprout is a global IT hardware retirement provider for hyperscaler and enterprise clients, and they are seeking a Senior Account Manager to help identify and drive additional revenue in an established base of large global accounts. The role involves expanding business opportunities with current clients and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Responsibilities
Seek and create opportunities to expand business with current clients’ identifying further business needs and present a solution
Develop and implement an action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively grow established accounts
Regularly interact with executives of major clients
Analyze existing and anticipated client needs and promote company services to meet such requirements
Understand prospective client’s culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure and key decision makers
Function as liaison between clients and internal operations staff
Qualification
Required
Must have experience selling Data Center products or services into the Tech industry
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
Minimum of 10 years' related experience with the world's largest market cap companies
Experience selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions in large data centers
Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Previous experience working within the ITAD industry
Experience working within an OEM or VAR
