Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics for client projects across various formats and platforms
Collaborate with the team on concept development and storyboarding
Prepare and organize project files for handoff and future iterations
Manage time effectively across multiple projects with varying deadlines
Communicate progress, ask questions, and flag issues early
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design work with clear storytelling and visual polish
Proficiency in After Effects (our primary tool for animation)
Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and asset handoff
Understanding of animation principles, timing, and pacing
Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
Preferred
experience with Lottie exports
character animation
