Responsibilities
Perform audits of global benefits data in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate, schedule and monitor targeted and general well-being programs
Collaborate with benefits team on employee escalations to identify any vendor patterns
Schedule, organize, and track benefits meetings and presentations for employees
Support annual benefits enrollment and related activities
Assist with pulse data surveys and help prepare informative presentation materials
Monitor vendor performance guarantees and manage contract term dates
Prepare retiree packets and assist with ongoing communications with retirees
Complete annual compliance testing and reporting
Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the benefits team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with employee benefits programs helpful
