Heppner Group is a growing company seeking Life Insurance Agents to join their team. In this full-time role, you will work with warm leads, guide clients in making informed insurance decisions, and build long-term relationships while achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities
Speak with clients who have requested information about life insurance, health insurance, final expense policies, etc
Walk clients through term, whole, and permanent life insurance options
Ask good questions, identify needs, and recommend appropriate coverage
Complete applications accurately and in compliance
Follow up with warm leads and existing clients
Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
Hit individual performance goals with team support
Qualification
Required
Comfortable having sales conversations
Clear, confident communicator
Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
Organized and able to manage multiple clients
Preferred
Life & Health insurance license preferred (support available to get licensed)
