Responsibilities
Lead application development efforts using Java technologies
Design, develop, and enhance scalable, high-performance applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and engineers
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Support application deployment and integration within AWS environments
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Java application development
Proven experience working with AWS (cloud-native services, deployment, and integrations)
Experience in a lead or senior-level development role
Ability to work onsite in a hybrid model (3 days per week)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Previous Capital One experience (highly preferred)
