Prepare books and records for tax preparation for small business clients
Review and manage payroll setup, payroll entries, and payroll accuracy
Maintain accurate general ledger activity using QuickBooks Online and established checklists
Identify discrepancies in client financials and resolve accounting issues
Utilize spreadsheets and AI-supported tools
Adhere to structured workflows to ensure consistency across clients
Qualification
Required
Current, hands-on bookkeeping or staff accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency
Solid understanding of debits, credits, and accounting fundamentals
Ability to follow processes and checklists consistently
Strong attention to detail and reliability
