Responsibilities
Maintains high production standards
Anticipates change and emerging customer and associate needs
Develops staffing models and inventory reduction plans
Anticipates problems and opportunities within the units managed and determines resolutions
Acts as a mentor for others
Creates and develops partnerships with other departments including Sales, Underwriting, Healthcare Management, Claims, Customer Service, Third Party Recovery and Membership
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Qualification
Required
Requires minimum of 5 years experience with operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting and multi-state operations and processes and minimum of 3 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Preferred
Experience with complex business environments including multiple entity and highly automated situations strongly preferred
