8+ years expACL Digital is seeking a Senior Staff Embedded Linux BSP Engineer to lead platform software development for high-performance networking systems. This role owns Linux BSP design, secure boot architecture, and early hardware bring-up, working closely with hardware, security, and system teams to deliver robust, production-ready platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Linux BSPs (bootloader, kernel, device drivers)
Architect and implement secure boot and Root-of-Trust solutions
Lead new board/SoC bring-up and platform validation
Enable control-plane integration between management CPU/BMC and switching ASIC
Support EVT/DVT, debugging, and manufacturing readiness
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years in embedded Linux/BSP or platform firmware development
Strong C/C++ skills; Yocto/Buildroot experience
Hands-on secure boot and hardware bring-up experience
Familiarity with hardware abstraction layers (HALs) or platform SDKs used in switch OS architectures
Strong debugging skills, including board bring-up logs, kernel crash analysis, JTAG debug, and low-level system trace analysis
Preferred
Networking platform or SONiC experience
