Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, in alignment with business objectives and timelines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including: engineering, product, and business units, to maintain alignment with organizational goals
Identify potential risks, communicate and collaborate to develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity
Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Database Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects in large enterprise environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
Practiced experience with Jira and other common project management tools
Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
Proficient understanding of: database management concepts, cloud platform and data-related services, data lifecycle management, data governance, risk and compliance, and enterprise-level program operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are a plus
The ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Exposure to large enterprise working environments and familiarity with their complexities and challenges
